  • Arrive and go to Kandy

On arrived at the Bandaranayaka International Airport, and you will be transferred to Kandy. (Approx. 3.5 hrs drive).   On arrival in the Hotel, spend the day at leisure relaxing and enjoying the hotel facilities.

  • Pinnawala Elephant orphanage 

Pinnawala, instantly reminds us about the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, although Pinnawala is also a small town situated in the Sabaragamuwa province. Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is an orphanage, nursery and captive breeding ground for wild Asian elephants, and this has the largest herd of captive elephants in the world. There are elephants of different sizes mothers to babies and elephant walking in a line one behind the other to Maha Oya River for their bath or as a leisure walk is striking and pleasant to watch. Visitors also allowed to feed these elephants at this orphanage.

    • Nelligala Temple

Nelligala is a mountain located in Muruthalawa, Kandy. Nelligala International Buddhist Center, well known as Nelligala Temple was built in 2015 on the top of the Nelligala mountain hill

  • Sigiriya

Sigiriya is an ancient rock fortress located near the Dambulla town in the Central province of the island. It is also known as Sinha-giri or Lion Rock, a name reached due to the shape of the rock that looks like a lion lying down. Entrance to the rock fortress is through the lion’s paws and when climbed up the stairs, it takes you up to an ancient wonderland. According to histories, the fortress was built during 5th century and has been recognized as one of the listed heritage sites of UNESCO. The frescos painted by the king, mirror wall, gardens on top of the rock, the pool in the garden complex are picturesque.

    • Dambulla

Dambulla town, at once reminds of the Sigiriya rock fortress to anyone, although it is an ancient city with large number of historical heritages. Dambulla Cave Temple, Buddhist Museum & Museum of Wall Paintings, Ibbankatuwa Megalithic Tombs, Pidurangala Rock and Minneriya National Park are few of the attractions in the town. Dambulla is also home to the largest rose quartz mountain in South Asia. Dambulla Dedicated Economic Centre is a busy market with wholesale and retail traders and due to its location at a major junction, Dambulla is also the centre of vegetable distribution in the country.

  • Kandy Tooth Temple / Botanical Garden /Kandy City Tour

Kandy is an ancient city situated on a plateau surrounded by mountains. The warm and cool tangled climate gives you an opportunity to enjoy a refreshing change from the tropical heat of the rest of the island. The city is filled with scenic tea plantations and bio-diverse rainforests. Peradeniya Botanical Gardens, Udawattakele Forest Reserve and Arthur’s Seat are the picturesque greeneries with species of birds. The city’s heart is scenic Kandy Lake and Kandy is popular for sacred sites, including the Temple of the Tooth celebrated with the grand Esala Perahera annual procession in the months of June/July. National Museum of Kandy, Kandy City Center and Kandy Market are also places of interest.

  • Ambuluwawa Tour and Monara Kanda

Ambuluwawa Biodiversity Complex is Sri Lanka’s first multi-religious sanctuary. Ambuluwawa Tower lies at the top of the Ambuluwawa mountain, 1,087 meters above sea level and 700 meters above Gampola town. It is the backyard mountain in Gampola.

  • Nuwara Eliya   

Nuwaraeliya, one of the cities known for its best weather in the island is situated within the tea country hills. Months from December to March are frosty and chilling, whereas months from April to August are sunny and greenery. Hakgala Botonical Garden and Victoria Park are beautiful landscapes with wide range of trees, plants and flowers. You would find plenty of green tea estates and friendly plantation workers all over the town. Pedro tea factory and Mackwoods museum are must visit places, if one’s interest is on learning about tea history and tea processing methods. Lake Gregory is a tourist attraction, which has boat riding, water sports, and recreational activities. Seetha Amman Temple has ancient histories and worshipped by many religious people.


  • Ella

Ella is a small town popularly known as lonely planet, is an area that has a rich bio-diversity, dense with numerous varieties of flora and fauna. The landscape is pure natural beauty with its waterfalls, greenery and hills. Ravana’s cave, Ravana falls, Diyaluma falls, Nine Arches Bridge, Little Adam’s Peak, Lipton seat, Demodara railway loop, Mahamevnawa Monastery and Ella Spice Garden are few of the must visit places. There are plenty of tea plantations and factories, where you could walk through the whole process of tea production processes in great detail. Ella is one of the best places in island where delicious western-styled food can be easily found.

  • Yala National Park / Hummanaya / Nilwella  Beach

Yala National Park is the country’s most popular wild-life park. A huge forest area has been preserved in its natural form to allow the wild animals and birds to live in their natural home. Taking a trip to Yala gives you the great opportunity to see hundreds of different kinds of species, including those endangered animals, happily wandering around the forest. You may arrange a Yala Safari service to take you around the park. There are safaris in the jeeps that give you the exact feel of watching wild animals from the open space. These safaris could be arranged for the whole day, in the morning or evening – timeslots are given by the trip guiders.

  • Ahungalla / Galle

Galle, a town located on the southwest coast of the island is best known for the Galle Fort. Popularly known as Galle Dutch Fort was founded by Portuguese colonists in the 16th century is now a restored new city with historic fortress, shops selling traditional articles, restaurants serving enjoyable food items and a museum. Galle Lighthouse, National Museum of Galle and Galle Fort Clock Tower are all to be found within walking distance and are must visit places. National Maritime Museum, Unawatuna Beach, Jungle Beach and Mahamodara Sea Turtle Hatchery Centre are also places of great interest.

After the Breakfast Proceed to Colombo and End the tour.
